ENGLISH VERSION:
On my way to the Loire Region, in the center of France, I stopped for a couple of nights in Ars. I stayed in the Saint Jean Franciscan house, as I had stayed in the past, but the sisters said they were going to close within a year or two, so I don't know if it is still a guest house. I love Ars, it is definitely a very peaceful and prayerfilled place! I was thankful to be there and walk around the town and followed the services offered and go from one prayer place to another! I needed to regroup and ressource myself and there is no better place. There was a Procession for Corpus Christi Feast (the feast of the Holy Sacrament of the Body of Christ) the following day and I was very pleased and grateful to be able to attend it.

En route pour la Loire, j'avais prévu de m'arrêter à Ars pour 2 jours, pour une sorte de pèlerinage privé. J'avais réservé une chambre dans la maison de Saint Jean, tenue par des sœurs franciscaines, où j'étais déjà venue auparavant. Mais les sœurs m'ont dit qu'elles allaient surement fermer bientôt, donc je ne sais pas si c'est toujours ouvert pour accueillir les visiteurs. J'aime beaucoup Ars, c'est un endroit très paisible et qui incite à la prière ! J'avais justement besoin de me ressources et c'est le meilleur endroit où le faire. Le lendemain, il y avait une procession pour la Fête du Saint Sacrement et j'étais heureuse et reconnaissante d'y participer.
